12 And just because …. the best craft cocktail I have ever had is the Poblanito at Provecho Latin Provisions. And, once I tasted a bottle of their red blend, Silk & Spice, I called all over to source the wine locally … that meant driving up to Carmel to purchase a case! Thankfully, the IGA in town has just started to carry this wine. This is a “foodie” destination and well worth the drive! The restaurant has only been open since March and has already received multiple Diners’ Choice Awards from OpenTable including Best Food and Best Service!
Staying at the historic Schoolhouse Inn is the perfect vacation rental getaway making it easy to enjoy that fine glass of wine or craft beer or artisanal whiskey and gin.
